During the product life cycle, each project manager ensures that the R&D teams address the project’s engineering, clinical, regulatory, quality and manufacturing tasks while the whole project management team stays closely involved as well.

To best manage processes, SHL uses a “Stage Gate” program with risk management plans. This program helps design/project review meetings and pinpoint approvals at appropriate stages, resulting in efficient communication and quality participation with major stakeholders.
